Does My Monthly Payment Change?

It can do. The monthly amount you pay depends on an estimate of your energy usage. If you use more or less energy than expected then your direct debit can be increased or decreased accordingly.

What Happens When The Fixed Period Ends?

Octopus will get in touch around 45 days before the contract expires with some new tariff options. You'll be moved automatically to the Flexible Octopus Tariff should you not wish to enter another fixed contract.
